Having held positions in Melbourne restaurants like Ezards, The Royal Mail with Dan Hunter and Attica where he spent five years as sous chef to Ben Shewry, Peter Gunn's story is sure to entertain and inspire us. And with the gastronomic experience of a five course tasting menu, complemented by matching wines to look forward to, this evening promises to be something very special indeed.
